Mini AA Pro — Privacy Policy

Overview

Mini AA Pro is an offline car launcher and navigation app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.

Data That Stays on Your Device

Mini AA Pro is designed to work entirely offline. The following data is processed and stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• GPS location — used for real-time navigation, map display, and speed readout. Your location is never sent to any server.
• Trip history — routes you drive are stored locally so you can review past trips. You can delete trip history at any time.
• Favorites & settings — saved places, accent color, layout preferences, and other settings are stored locally on your device.
• Search queries — POI searches are performed against a local database on your device. No search data leaves your phone.
• Media information — the app reads currently playing track info for display purposes only. It does not record or transmit this data.

Network Requests

The app makes limited network requests only for the following purposes:

• Weather — your approximate location is sent to OpenWeatherMap to display current temperature. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Map pack downloads — when you download offline maps, the app connects to our servers (Cloudflare) to download the region pack. Only a purchase verification token is sent — no personal data.
• Region manifest — the app fetches a list of available map regions. No user data is sent.

Data We Collect

None. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers. We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We have no user accounts.

Third-Party Services

• OpenWeatherMap — receives approximate location for weather data. See their privacy policy.
• Google Play — handles app purchase and distribution. See Google's privacy policy.

Permissions

• Location (Fine & Coarse) — required for navigation, speed display, and weather.
• Internet — required for weather and map pack downloads.
• Bluetooth — used to detect connected car audio for media control.
• Notification Listener — used to read currently playing media information for display.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL.
